ZoCenter Kids Martial Arts Classes are Designed to Inspire Your Children

Zo Center offers classes specifically designed for children.   These are kids only self-defense classes designed to educate, inspire, motivate and instill confidence.

Help your kids get the most out of their physical, and mental capacities by learning the sweet science of martial arts, including Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Boxing.

Teaching your children how to defend themselves can be one of the most rewarding gifts you can give.  Children face many obstacles in school and in the playground.  Knowing they can properly walk away, and/or defend themselves, their friends or their siblings can be an inspiring emotional asset.

Respect and confidence is gained from the martial arts.  The mental and spiritual lessons learned is immeasurable.  Teach them something as useful as mathematics and reading.. the art of self-defense, physical fitness, respect and discipline.

Zo Center Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Classes

Zo Center offers a fun and inspiring class environment for kids.  It's active, educational and useful in real life.  They'll gain more confidence everyday, we'll inspire their minds, instill discipline, respect and a sense of who they are.

If you have children who are being bullied, or kids who are bullies.. this class is what they need!  If your kids are shy or overactive, withdrawn or disobedient, our classes can help instill respect and discipline.

Your children will learn Muay Thai, boxing, karate, grappling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Zo children's martial arts classes will help "center" your children into mature adults.

Classes are twice a week, Tue and Thu, from 6pm - 7pm.

This is not an hour of baby sitting, but real life martial arts drills for children!  Open to kids 4 and up.  Girls and boys are welcome.
