Women’s “Total Fight” Fitness

Zo Center offers classes specifically for women who are tired of the same ol' workout.  13+...All fitness levels welcomed!

These are women's only TOTAL FITNESS FUSION classes designed to get & keep you in the best shape ever. We are talking GI Jane status! These classes are similar to our You vs. You coed classes with a boxing, self-defense, and kickboxing twist. Lose weight and learn street self-defense techniques that WORK! These classes are challenging and fun! Women's "Total Fight" Fitness Camp is a world class strength conditioning program for women of all levels.

What exactly is the class?

This bootcamp style fitness class is designed specifically for woman, their metabolisms, and body types. This means that the routines are safe, motivating, fun, build tight lean muscles in all the problem areas and burn lots of fat!

No two sessions are exactly alike. Our goal it to keep your body guessing and to keep your mind engaged. "Fitness Fusion" is our secret...Great music, Yogo, kick boxing, free weights, kettle bells, military type body weight circuits and so much more. We have done all the research and home work to design a training system that truly works. All you need to do is show up, give 100% and eat clean.

Are you gonna put me on a diet!?

No...Diets don't work. What does work are sustainable realistic metabolism charging meal plans that take advantage of your particular body type, satisfies your hunger, eating style, and keeps you in a calorie deficit.  With our support and guidance, you will lose fat weight fast and keep your lean muscle mass intact.

Nutritionist & Over Eaters Support Group add ons are available for our women with a stronger need. A strong toned body is not far away. You will learn more.

What time is it offered and how long are the classes?

The class is offered 7 days a week.  Monday -Friday  at 6pm, 7pm, and 8pm.

Special Friday Night Yoga Boxing Class with Carli and Lisa  at 7pm...Bring a Friend...GIRLS NIGHT OUT!

Sat-Sunday at 10 and 10am

Classes are 1 hour

What gear do I need?

A pair of boxing glove, hand wraps, and shin guards are best. Total cost is about $45 to $75. We conveniently have everything you need in our pro-shop.

How many women are in each class?

4 to 8 seems to be the norm for our groups. We pride ourselves on being able to build strong and personal relationships with our clients that foster trust, motivation, and ultimately lead to great results.

How much is it?

Individual Session Price is $50 The monthly package for unlimited training flexibility is just $150 per 4 week cycle & $100 for a 8 session schedule. Pro-rates apply for your mid-cycle entry.

15% of all revenues from this class go to support the March of Dimes "Blake Nathaniel Underdue" Angel Baby Foundation for Pre-term Labor research. Every woman helps us save a baby's life.
