From personal experience I've been in a dark place where I hated the way everything was going on in my life; from my energy, appearance, and my overall attitude towards life. I had to make a change 18years old 205pounds 33% body fat was not cutting it for me, so i decided to make the change.

The hardest part for me was walking in the door and saying ok I'm here and I'm going to do this. I understand that it's a hard transition, and no one can go 0 to 100, it all takes time. No matter what your looking for; weight loss, endurance training, weight training, agility and speed training; together we can make it happen.
